From the reception hall, the large double reception room offers comfortable seating for the whole family, a feature fire place with wood burning stove, and views towards the beach; one of the sofa’s fold out to provide an additional double bed, if required. The kitchen and separate utility room have a fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The studio room is accessed through double doors from the kitchen is an ideal place to store wetsuits, surf boards and other beach paraphernalia. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom with a kingsize bed; a double bedroom with double bed; a large double bedroom with twin beds and a further bedroom with bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor with bath tubs, wash hand basins and wc’s. There is a beautiful roof terrace, accessed from an external staircase, with uninterrupted views across the beach at Crackington Haven, and provides the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet drink and watch the sun set. In addition to the roof terrace, there are gardens to the rear of the property. Penkenna House is also Dog friendly.
