The checking in process was poor.. From having to prove your ID ( a photograph of yourself standing next to your ID), this is intrusive. Unsually, the collection of keys for this property has to be made from the companies office. The keys also need to be returned to their office... There is no key box to return the keys. The staff were very polite and helpful though

Location is great.

Third floor is so hot during the day. There's one fan in the house. When the weather is very warm, even downstairs is warm. It would be great to have hooks behind the door.. no place to hang hand towels... The bathrooms are small and hence no room to even have hang towel rolls.
