Welcome to "Red Rock Retreat Montazona" in Sedona Arizona Enjoy the breathtaking majestic red rock views and create memorable moments that will last a lifetime. The home is surrounded by magnificent red rock views with all of the adventure and tranquility that Sedona has to offer. Nestled on 1.3 acres, you will be able to relax in the newly remodeled home. NO cleaning fees. NO chores. The retreat is the perfect setting for family gatherings. Pamper yourself in this immaculate, non-smoking home, minutes to the heart of Sedona's restaurants, art galleries, golfing, hiking and literally backing up to the world famous red rocks. The open concept floor plan is spacious and includes a pool table and seating for all of your guests. All rooms are equipped with new smart TVs. Enjoy a dip in the private heated swimming pool (pool heating available for an additional fee) and relax your muscles in the luxurious spa. Pool was recently upgraded to saltwater. Master bedroom suite: King-sized bed. Includes a flat screen (smart) TV and full bath. Bedroom #2, 3 and 4 include a king size bed as well as a flat screen (smart) TV. Bedroom 5 is located in the attached casita. King-sized bed. Includes a flat screen (smart) TV and full bath. Casita Living room contains 2 built in Twin XL bunk beds. There are 2 memory foam rollaway beds for children if necessary in the main home. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, including towels, linens, washer and dryer and 2-car garage. This oasis is perfect for anyone wanting to escape to the beauty and majesty of Sedona! Reach out to us for special requests during your stay an we will help make your trip extra special! This property is clean, spacious, and more beautiful than the pictures could show. Meghan was more than available when we had some technical issues. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed to cook for 10, and she also had so many other things we didn’t know we would need but were available-IE vacuum, laundry soap, speaker. Overall a wonderful experience, over the top

Red Rock Retreat was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The house was exactly as it was described. Meghan the host is fantastic and they had everything you could want at the place. They even had snacks for us when we arrived. The view from the house is amazing and we all had a great time.

This was probably the ideal home for our family. The 4 older granddaughters enjoyed the casita and we appreciated that it was connected to the house. Everything that we wanted to do in Sedona was close by. The pool was outstanding and enjoyed by all. The kitchen was very well stocked and the only thing we needed that wasn’t there was a rolling pin so we bought one and left it there for the next family. It was very nice having the 2 rollaway beds for the 2 younger grandchildren. We had an absolutely wonderful, amazing vacation. Great memories!

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by Red Rock Retreat. The family room with it’s wall of windows looking out at the inviting pool and spa and then those iconic red rock formations in the background…..aaahhh! The view was absolutely spectacular!
The house was IMMACULATE, tastefully decorated and oh so comfortable for our family of 11, ages 5 thru 76. We settled in and enjoyed the pool (with tons of pool toys!), gas grill for a homecooked family meal, and fire pit for smores. There is nothing lacking at Red Rock Retreat and we would suggest you wait until you arrive to purchase/order anything except for perishables. Meghan has multiples of just about every kitchen item (even 2 dishwashers!) and lots of pantry staples. We haven’t experienced this degree of accommodation at any of the other vacation rentals we had in the past.
The neighborhood was secluded and peaceful but nearby are restaurants and a grocery store so you don’t have to deal with the busy streets of Sedona proper. The location was perfect for day trips we made to the Grand Canyon South Rim, Horseshoe Bend and a smooth raft trip on the Colorado River thru Glen Canyon, the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff for stargazing, and an ancient ruin tour with Pink Jeep – that’s in addition to everything else that Sedona is known for such as the innumerable hiking trails and scenic viewpoints. Instagram-worthy photos at every turn!

Property was exactly as depicted. Great layout for families and small groups. Beautiful view from the pool. Very clean. I was most impressed with the little details - providing sun screen and snacks for example. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Red Rocks. The host, Meghan, is very communicative and attentive. I was there with my brother and family, which included 4 children between 6 and 13. The house was clean and had all the accomodations needed. Kids loved the gift basket/amenities that Meghan left. The pool was a hit for kids and adults (esp the hot tub for adults!). We miss it already.

8 of us stayed at this house( 2 families of 4). The house was very spacious/comfortable and was in a great location- less than 5 minutes to a market and other shops/restaurants. The pool was fun for the kids for some “down time” in between all of the activities in Sedona. Beautiful home and setting. We all loved it!

Our family is scattered across the country. The Red Rock Retreat was the perfect house to accommodate our family for our get together. The 4 bedrooms and the casita were just what we needed. The kids and grandkids fell in love pool and hot tub which they used every day. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the accommodations were awesome. Thanks!

We had a girls getaway and this house was perfect. Lots of room, very large dining table which worked great for the chef we had come cook for us, many bedrooms with nice comfy beds, we had the pool and hot tub heated which was very relaxing, close to town and hiking trails. We would rent here again.

We had an amazing stay at Red Rock Retreat in early October. The houses was perfect for our group of 9 friends - enough beds and baths to make getting easy easy and a fantastic great room opening to the pool.
Meghan was helpful, responsive and prompt. She responded to every question quickly and took care of the one little issue we had much faster than expected.
I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone with a large group.

We rented the property to celebrate my daughter's 30th Birthday with our friends and family. From the moment we walked in, this home took our breath away. Everything we saw on the booking photos and more. I had been in contact with the owner Meghan several times prior to our visit. She knew we were celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday and asked is there anything special we can do for this special occasion? I didn't really know so she says I will take care of it. When we arrived there was a Beautiful basket filled with spa essentials and 2 boxes of beautiful cupcakes. Then we go to the refrigerator and see the bottle of champagne with orange juice to celebrate with mimosas. Wow!!!! we were blown awsy

Best family vacation!!
The property was absolutely amazing! Beyond expectations of the listing. The pictures do not do it justice. This place is a must stay at. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes from the market and hiking. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The house was equipped with all your essentials plus some. We felt so welcome and at home. This place is definitely something to experience. The pool and spa was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit as a family and star gazing.

The boys enjoyed having their own space in the Casita, By far the best part of our stay was the view of the red rocks. It was so peaceful to sit inside or out and take in all the beauty. The neighborhood was very quiet as well. There was plenty of food options close by for days we did not go into Sedona to eat. Family Vacation
This home is absolutely awesome. The location is beautiful with the backdrop being the red rock mountains. Home is spacious and beautiful. The backyard swimming pool is great and made for lots of family fun. I would recommend this home as 5 stairs plus.

Absolutely fabulous!
The property was more than I expected. The pictures don't do it justice. We enjoyed our time by the pool, shopping in town and experiencing a breathtaking hike. The location is perfect for all the activities available in the area. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! I loved the little extra touches as well. Meghan does a wonderful job of supplying everything you can think of AND some of the things you didn't 😃 The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Everything was just perfect and I will be back many more times in the future.

Wonderful property
Everything about this experience was ideal. Lori & Matt were easy to coordinate with, kind and accommodating. The property itself is gorgeous: spacious, modern, great appliances and layout - but it still has the Arizona atmosphere you are looking for with fantastic views. We are definitely considering coming back!
