we had a very pleasant stay. the apartment is much bigger than what is given away in the pictures. the same goes for the garden. the place is very beautiful with 3,5 m to the ceiling and nicely decorated and equipped. despite there’s no aircondition, it stay cool an comfortable inside. we managed to keep 21 degrees in the bedrooms, while it was 38 outside. the pool was clean and as said, larger that the pictures show. around 4-5 meters in diameter. perfect for smaller kids and to cool down in. Charlie was extremely kind and helpful. we would definitely go again.

A lovely spacious apartment in an elegant Liberty villa. The location was perfect, set in a beautiful garden with pool , yet only a couple of minutes to all amenities of Bagni Di Lucca, including the very good Conad supermarket. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Access to garden from a lovely bright kitchen - plenty of Garden furniture. Pool was a real plus, and warm enough even at end of May. Charlie was an attentive, yet unobtrusive host and emails etc before our stay were straightforward and answered promptly. We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing really. You could sometimes hear traffic from the street, but it wasn’t a problem and you could also hear the birds and the river!
