Check-in was a bit of problem because someone else was handling it than who is now. Now check-in should be a breeze. Any problem I had was solved by the property owner within 24 hours or less. It's a 2nd story walk-up, so if that's not your thing it won't be for you, but you'd be missing out. It's well worth it It's a fun, centrally located, and upcoming neighborhood. I stayed here for about 3 months while I worked in Culver City. Very close to the beach and city, but far enough away so that it’s not too crowded in the area. Costanza kept a lot of contact with me throughout my stay, which was very appreciated. Furniture very comfortable and I stayed cool all summer indoors. Kitchenette and mini fridge were very nice for making small meals. Lovely place for a long-term stay overall.
