This property was exactly as advertised and extremely well appointed! The owners are very attentive to needs and promptly responsive to requests. This is the only place to stay in Somerville!!

This was an extremely nice rental. Both bedrooms were very spacious and the kitchen and living room were perfect. The owners left eggs and bagels for us for breakfast which was perfect! I would definitely recommend this rental if you are in the area. We were attending a Land Rover event about 15 minutes away. Everything was very accessible. The only downside is that there is no driveway, so you park on the street.

My son and I stayed here while in town for a football weekend. Not too far to get to College Station, and nice to get out of the crowds at night. The neighborhood was a little noisy, but not bothersome. Hosts were wonderful and the house worked out perfectly for us.

We stayed for 3 nights, and enjoyed every moment. The home is very thoughtfully decorated and provides all necessities. It was very comfortable. Close by to the lake, boat ramps, restaurants, and grocery store. We loved it.

This was the perfect house for our family weekend at Lake Somerville. The house was clean, clutter-free, and comfortable! All of the thoughtful touches like face wipes and breakfast were greatly appreciated! My kids loved playing Uno and making s’mores. We would definitely stay here again! Wonderful property!

Kevin and Jodi, Thank you so much! We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house! There were so many great amenities, y'all thought of everything! The house was very clean which was much appreciated!! The house smell was wonderful and was in a great location. When we left, we made sure to take the trash, put the sheets and pillow cases at the end of the bed and emptied the dishwasher Even though you didn't ask, but that's what we would accept . 10/10, we will be staying here again!

Very comfortable, roomy place. Clean. Special touches all around. Wild turkeys in the yard every morning between 7-730. Loved seeing them and listening to the gobble @nd fluff feathers. Close to lake.

Wonderful comfy house, beautifully remodeled. Very responsive and flexible owners included many thoughtful touches-food items, q-tips and hair scrunchies, other things someone might have forgotten. Comfy bed, pillows, sheets, towels. Nice large TV. Would definitely stay again!

This house is super cute with lots of little extras like flip flops for the lake, hair ties & items for breakfast. Unfortunately, we were spending most of our time in College Station but the house had everything we needed & much more. The beds were very comfortable. The host was great at communicating & even warned us of possible bad weather headed our way & where the candles & first aid kit were. Thanks for a great stay!

They thought of everything and were so hospitable. The house is immaculately clean with newer furnishings. We booked this house for a weekend in round top. The drive from Somerville to Round Top is beautiful. I gave the neighborhood 3 stars because the neighbors were so loud each night we were there. There is also a train that runs through town every two hours or so... pack your earplugs, but don't skip out on this house if you're looking for a weekend of Round Top fun.

Easy to find and access the property! Must have been remodeled recently, everything was very nice and comfortable. Only thing was the beds were very hard so had some difficulties sleeping. Loved all the amenities provided, my son especially loved the begals! My husband loved it being across the street from a gun store! 😊 Thanks again!!

Great little house for a good price
I stayed here for a birthday weekend on the lake and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything was very clean and had plenty of kitchen items, toiletries, etc. Great communication with the host.
