Enjoy ceiling fans in every room, a 60-inch plasma TV in the living room, TVs in all of the bedrooms, a VCR/DVD player, a deck with patio furniture, and a foosball table for your at-home entertainment. Free WiFi and a full-size washer/dryer are provided as well. This gated complex is located in the heart of Sandbridge, offering easy walking access to the beach, the local market (equipped with anything you may have forgotten), restaurants, and seaside shops. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. THINGS TO KNOW Smoking is prohibited. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
