In the open floor plan living and dining room, there is enough comfortable seating for the entire family, a large TV with premium cable channels, a large dining room table, and a separate desk area for computer/laptop use. There is also one of the two private balcony access' included right off the dining area. Next to the dining area, there is a full-size kitchen equipped with all granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We have provided everything your family needs to cook their own meals from basic cookware, appliances, and meal ware for all. Right off the kitchen is the first main suite, which includes a comfortable king bed, dresser storage and closet space, a private bathroom, and the second access to the private balcony. There are gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural lighting as you wake up to the warm sun rising over the ocean waves. In the second and third bedrooms, there are enough sleeping arrangements to accompany a large family. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and the third has two twin-size beds. There is a private bathroom in the second suite and both bedrooms include a dresser, ample closet space, and beach-themed decor. You’ll certainly appreciate the conveniently located garage-level storage closet that we have provided as well as the two assigned parking spaces which are located right next to the elevator for easy access. At pool level in both buildings, you will find outdoor Viking-style grills and teak-style seating for the whole family. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
