Coastal View II is a three-story, designer-detailed property with all sorts of at-home entertainment - a private, in-ground swimming pool, fantastic deck and patio space, and a pool table for your nightly family tournaments. Step inside to find hardwood floors, granite countertops, Monroe kitchen appliances, recessed lighting, and a dining table that's large enough for everyone to share meals together. There are two family rooms for your enjoyment - one geared towards the kids with a wraparound sofa and an assortment of games, and another for the adults located located right off the kitchen on the third floor. On the ground floor, you'll find a pool table and a tropical indoor bar with a refrigerator and a microwave. Upstairs, large decks extend from both the second and third floors. Additional amenities include peek-a-boo views of the ocean, a large patio around the pool for shade and relaxation, 14 smart TVs, free WiFi, a home elevator, and a gas grill. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
