Seating for dining includes a long table, countertop bar seating, and a smaller side table. Beautiful ocean views are an amazing backdrop making memorable family traditions. Beautiful white quartz counters and lots of cabinetry for food and beverage storage. Four bedrooms are located on this upper level: two king main bedrooms with a private bath, a queen suite with a private bath, and a bunk room with two twin-over-double beds and a twin, also with a private bath! All bedrooms offer smart TVs. There are also two queen sleeper sofas in the living area for additional sleeping options. The upper level offers a smaller gathering area along with a refrigerator, wet bar, and a large TV. Two bedrooms are found on this upper level which includes a king main bedroom and queen main bedroom. Both have private baths, TVs, and access to the sun deck. There is also a third laundry room on the upper level. The lower level is where your family will spend a lot of time when not in the pool or on the beach! Enjoy popcorn and movies in the theater room complete with a 65-inch smart TV and Blu-ray player. Indoor games found in the rec room include a pool table and a large shuffleboard table, along with a full-sized refrigerator and a very convenient dishwasher. There are also arcade games to enjoy. Two bedrooms are located on this lower level: a king main bedroom and a queen main bedroom, both with private baths and TVs. All floors of Shaken Not Stirred are easily accessed via an elevator, a great feature for loading and unloading with ease. Enjoy hours of outside time in the nicely landscaped pool area that offers a cabana bar with TV and a grilling station with two gas grills. Ample pool furniture includes loungers and tables and chairs for catching the sun’s rays and poolside dining. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
