A spacious family room awaits your guests, offering a large TV, and five bedrooms that include a large king suite and private bath, with a separate door leading to the pool. All bedrooms offer TVs, and the two additional large bathrooms are located next to the other bedrooms. The layout makes this a great choice for a family to share with friends or relatives. The kitchen is open and well-equipped with cabinets and gadgets to help you prepare sumptuous summer meals. Access to the beach path is right across from the home. The owners offer you WiFi, a gas grill, and outdoor speakers. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. The fireplace is not operational. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
