Close to tram and a lovely park. The pool was lovely after a hot day out. The communal kitchen was very convenient and the hosts were very thoughtful with complimentary milk Tea and coffee and chilled water. They also had cold drinks available for purchase at very reasonable prices. Our rooms were pristine and very comfortable. Having the pet rabbit make an appearance was a bonus.

-Lovely guesthouse that is very convenient for the city centre (by tram)
-Very comfortable bed and tastefully decorated bedroom
-Delicious fresh breakfast every morning (hosts were able to accommodate our earlier breakfast when departing)
-Air conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool
-Outdoor pool was great to cool off in during the afternoon
-Helpful and welcoming hosts
-There is nothing we didn't like as we really loved the accommodation - if we had any suggestions to improve, we would have liked tea/coffee facilities within our room. However, we did appreciate the free tea and coffee facilities for use in the communal kitchen.

We liked the location and the rooms were very well decorated. The kitchen was very nice, as was the pool. It wasn't heated when we were there and it wasn't warm enough out to enjoy it.
The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We had ants in our room. And we couldn't get the keys out of doors to lock them when we went out for the day.
