Good location, great shower and comfy bed
No evening food available, breakfast wasn't served until 8.30. After driving 10 hours from Southern France to get cose to Dunquerk to catch an early next morning ferry we arrived tired and hungry only to be told the bar was closed and no food available and by the way breakfast isn't served until 8.30 exactly 30 minutes after we were due to leave. Not at all helpful and had to pay extra taxes upon arrival. No discount for breakfast though. Poor service let it down

Heel mooi en modern hotel! Ober van avond restaurant was heel vriendelijk en heel goede service gehad. Heel lekker gegeten! Mooi uitzicht! We komen zeker terug!
We zijn thuis gewoon om zonder verwarming te slapen… dus voor ons was het veel te warm in de kamer. Maar dat is dan persoonlijk. :)

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre le capitaine, tout était parfait, la literie King size, le jacuzzi, la vue, le rapport qualité prix est incroyable, les deux messieurs qui nous ont accueillis très sympathiques, bref impeccable

Incroyablement satisfait ! Superbement équipée la chambre CAPITAINE est égale à une chambre de Palace, la vue sur les bateaux de location est très agréable que dire de plus ... si ce n'est nous reviendrons !

Rustige ligging, super mooie kamers, instructies via gsm om in te checken en dit ging heel vlot, we moesten ons zeker niet haasten, heel proper, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.

Schitterende locatie in een kleine jachthaven. Eén en al rust. Gemakkelijk is het eigen degelijke restaurant zodat je je niet hoeft te verplaatsen. Goed ontbijt met voor iedereen wat wils en op het dak zodat je kan ontbijten met een schitterend zicht.

Nette propere ruimte kamer en badkamer
Geen toiletartikelen aanwezig, wij hadden dan ook geen douchegel en shampoo mee. Iets om rekening mee te houden.

Personal sehr freundlich, sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant, tolles Zimmer, kleine goodies auf dem Zimmer wie Tee, Kaffee, gefüllte Minibar, Schokolade, Duschgel...
Viele Mücken, wegen der Lage am Kanal. Hier wären Netze vor dem Fenstern oder andere Abhilfe gut. Leider waren wir dadurch sehr zerstochen, da mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen nicht in Frage kam

beautiful setting. Very nice room with everything you could need.
Upon my arrival the whole facility was locked and no one was there to meet me or let me in. I found some very nice people in the sailing club bar that spoke excellent English and helped me to get hold of the person in charge. Had it not been for them I definitely wouldn’t have got in the building and would have faced a night sleeping in my van. This could have turned out disastrous for me if it wasn’t for the very kind people I mentioned and eventually after about 45mins of waiting I could finally get in my room and relax.

The hotel was very poorly signed from the road. No mention of Hotel Neptunus! Although the room was OK it felt like staying in a factory or office block.
