There are 2 queen bedrooms, tri bunks (single over a double) in the 3rd bedroom, and single bunks, plus a double bed in the 4th bedroom. There is an ensuite to the master bedroom, and a full family bathroom including separate bath and shower, and a separate toilet. Outside.
