About this house rental

Beautiful and private 10 bedroom, 7 bathroom 8,000 SQFT Mediterranean Villa in Carmel Valley just a short 6 miles from downtown Carmel by the sea. Amenities include indoor swimming pool, hot tub, both indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, 4 kitchens outfitted with cookware and dishes, game room with pool table, great room with baby grand piano. Tropical, mature landscaping throughout. World renowned location with annual repeat visitors from around the globe. Property is located in a residential neighborhood, no loud music devices or excessive noise permitted on property.

Denise, the property manager was wonderful. She was there to greet us and met us as we left. We had a few questions during our stay and she was prompt in her responses.The house is very large and had an indoor pool. We enjoyed having all the space because we are a group of 16 when you include all the young children.The house is pretty funky and really needs updating. Many of the bathrooms and kitchens (there are several) have countertops and cabinets from the 1970's or 1980's. The landscaping could also be improved. We enjoyed our time there but, given the high price of the rental, I would have expected the house to be more up to date.
