About this house rental

This is a newer constructed home located on Smith Lake in Belleview, Florida. Centrally located to the Villages, all Florida attractions, Beaches, Springs etc. And if you dont feel like leaving, Home is situated in a quiet, tucked away loop called "Scenic Drive" for a reason. Features wildlife and Old Florida Charm. Older Lake community that provides peaceful evening walks/Bike rides down newly renovated roads. Balcony style porch provides for some elevated, sweeping views of "Smith Lake" a 352 acre Spring-fed private lake, Fish, swim, play. Sunsets picturesque! Inside the main gathering area of home adorned with surround style windows once again, giving clear view of the water way beneath you. Back yard and downstairs back deck allow for grilling and summertime fun. Home built with low maintenance in mind. Tile throughout and granite tops.
