won't be staying again.

the bodged diy everywhere you turned, how dirty the lodge was, how dirty the appliances provided to clean (vacuum full and blocked with several different colours of hair, mop and bucket minging! floors utterly disgusting to walk on) water leaks in bedrooms have had an attempt of being covered up. shower glass was missing a piece for its design/intended use which resulted in it being left with sharp edges apparently safe for families with young children. 3 x switches for a heated towel rail could only get it on with all switches on, no hot water in kitchen sink so had to boil kettle several times for washing up. not much space thought through for a family of 4 needing to dry towels. literally no signal on mine or my partners phones (different networks) would have thought with the money made from these holidays would have spent a small amount on a signal booster although would have thought would have done repairs properly too. bathroom door has had some sort of repair on it although we did find that comical because of how bad it has been done.

Beautiful view and nice little chalet, needs a clean, located on a rubbish park!

The view was outstanding! The decor and layout was lovely, we loved playing the little games they had. Bathroom and shower was modern and great location to visit surrounding beauty spots. There was a shop onsite, bar, pool etc

The cleaners need to up their game! Didn’t help that the hoover didn’t work. I removed more than 10 spiders from the chalet, the microwave was revolting inside (especially the top) didn’t use. Last families bits of playdoh all over the floor so I was sweeping up daily, finding more. There was a bag of sugar that was solid as a rock and the fridge needed cleaning. There is no smoke alarm, the fire extinguisher is from 2012 and covered in dirt and dust. The pillow case had stains on and the whole place had a bit of a grubby feel (floors/under beds) The cleaning is obviously done in a time frame which isn’t long enough! Asked Parkdean to borrow a hoover but that didn’t happen. The park is very steep, the pool is tiny and there are not enough tables in the club house. The park is a bit of a hole, topped off with a sewerage problem where it smelt of a festival portaloo for 3 days was the icing on the very rancid cake!

Great location with amazing view.

The view from the chalet is amazing. Location is perfect for exploring the coast. The chalet has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There is no wifi which we were aware of however the chalet seems to be a dead zone for 4G, 3G and it makes it really hard to plan where to go each day.
