The residence was updated in February, 2022 along with all new furnishings. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with patio off master bedroom, downstairs has the living area with a 1/2 bath.. Relax next to pool with views of canal as boats go by. Fisherman will enjoy fishing from dock. Enjoy the Florida life style with all the amenities of downtown Punta Gorda, Fisherman's Village & Marina and local parks. Attractions include award winning beaches, fishing, shopping, dining, evening live music, golf, miles of biking & walking trails. My daughter and I spent a long weekend in the area visiting friends. This property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, the air conditioning was perfect, beds were comfortable, location was perfect and view was beautiful. This property will always be my first choice when visiting the area.

Out of all Vrbo stays I have had I believe this was the best experience I've had. The home was clean and inviting and little welcoming amenities were so kind. Felt that they thought of every little detail. The home was clean and seemed that all furnishings were new and in good condition. I also appreciate that they weren't not unreasonably strict about normal issues that may develop during a stay. Loved and would highly recommend.

The place was beautifully laid out and decorated, super clean and comfortable. The pool was gorgeous and the view of the canal soothing. Greg the host was also awesome. We will be back --- great experience!!

We were only there for a long weekend but everything was great. Loved the balcony off of master bedroom upstairs. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip down to Punta Gorda.
