This beautiful clean 1,300 sft house with sprawling front yard, Game Room located in heart of Hawaiian Paradise Park. ✔ 1 GB Fiberoptic Internet ✔ Home has full functioning kitchen with large open space with an island. You will have 3 br 2 b with bath tub and shower. Remodeled house sits on a quiet street & fruit trees, Billiard, Air Hockey, Ping-Pong washer dryer, BBQ . Home is conveniently located to many tourist attractions such as Volcano, Beaches, Waterfalls, Zoo, Botanical Garden etc Nice neighborhood on a paved road Some neighbors jogging in the morning and walking their pets in the afternoon if not raining. No smoking, vaping or burning candles on incents inside the house. Please do not leave any fruits or any perishable food on the table or in the trash bin inside over night or when you out for the day, there will be lots of fruit fly's when you get back, they are very annoying, they will get in the nose and mouth. Put all the trash in the plastic bag shut tight in the garbage bin outside in the back. There is no electric vehicle charging allowed do to circuit overload and fire hazard, however, you can use and park your it on the drive way.

Surpris de découvrir qu'il sagit en fait de 2 maisons attenantes sur un tout petit terrain. Parking extérieur pour les 2 maisons, petit garage commun aux 2 maisons. La propreté de notre maison n'était pas extra. L'extérieur également avec des crottes de poules partout dans le garage et le jardin. Les voisins côté nord, donc côté chambre principale, sont très bruyants, font la fête très tard le soir et possèdent des chiens qui n'ont pas arrêté d'aboyer toutes les nuits. Bref, à éviter.

When I booked this property I clearly marked air conditioning as an amenity and always mark house. The cooling unit in the front living room is just that...a cooler. Nothing additional in the bedrooms but ceiling fans. The unit was not clearly described as a duplex when I booked. The game room table (ping pong) was warped, trash was full along with other junk along the outside of wall and was not exactly the Aloha greeting I expected. Thinking that we rented a whole house not a duplex we went into the door that was off of the open carport/gameroom and was in a dissarrayed unit that was not what we had rented. We apparently had entered the wrong unit but again it was not clear that we did not have a whole house. I have gone back to the initial booking and took screenshots that clearly show this lack of info. I do believe he has added this information since. But still....I would not stay here. The pics are clear, crisp, and glowy! No fully filled trash cans and junk on the outside. I called VRBO and the rep was not helpful and put me on the line directly with the owner. This did not go well. We did not feel safe and at the time was pretty alarmed as if we had been taken advantage of. I do understand that we walked into the wrong unit but still needed air conditioning for the bedrooms at the very least!

Well maintained home. Clean. Kids enjoyed playing with farm animals. Fruit trees were quite a treat.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. A lot of extra touches & amenities like full toiletries in shower, great quality towels, linens/bedding & fresh fruit upon our arrival. It was very clean, easy access to Hilo & other tourist places. We would stay here again.

Kids had a blast....all was clean and just so when we showed up. The fact that him and his wife help with their mortgage helper is a plus, they regularly checked in with us to make sure we had the basics. Mahalo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was a clean, stylish and comfortable space filled with the basic necessities even we thought we never knew we needed. We appreciated the kindness and hospitality of our host. We would definitely come stay again. Mahalo!
