This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

You couldn't get any closer to the beach if you tried! WONDERFUL location. I enjoyed watching the waves as I laid in bed! Vacasa personnel were very friendly and helpful. The house feels like grandma's house with it's well worn furniture but it was exactly what my family wanted. Did I mention the location to the beach??!! If you are looking for a high class modern & sleek home, this is not for you. But if you just want a great place to kick back with your family and friends and enjoy the beach, this is what you want!

Love love love the location of this house. Also love the layout with both a sun room and a covered porch. Really appreciate that we can bring the pooch too. Our third rental of this property is already scheduled.

This house was the ideal location. Literally right on the beach. We could be on the deck and let our kids play in the sand. The house however, was very outdated and we had definite concerns as there was mold in the bathrooms and the front door had rust all over which was a hazard for everyone, especially our small kids. Again, perfect location but the home needs many improvements to say the least.

The location is tremendous. House was comfortably lived in / family comfort. As others have mentioned, living area furniture is older and not super comfortable. Understandable given the location and situation :-) However the beds were great and the abundance of towels greatly appreciated. We've already booked another stay.

The location can’t be beat. Right on the beach. The rooms were spacious for our group. The house is in need of some TLC. The fans and vents/returns are coated in layers of dust and all bathrooms had mold. The sheets were also dirty is some rooms. The worst of it was the cockroaches and beetles in the home. We were all afraid to bring home an infestation. Unfortunately Vacasa was not helpful with this matter. Dissapointed but the proximity to the beach helped. We just did a lot of cleaning.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. It was the coldest Ocean Isle had been in a very long time, but the staff worked with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Perfect location on beach but house needs updated and scrubbed

The bad is that when we arrived there were three people cleaning and one dude with no shirt drinking a beer, plus they finished an hour and a half late. Hardly what one would consider "professional". There were only fitted sheets in one room, one of which was soiled with evidently blood stains.
The AC system isn't functioning correctly, one of the condensate lines outside was vigorously flowing, the other one never dripped, which would indicate that the unit wasn't functioning. Instead of fixing the issue there are two portable AC units on the first floor.
As previously noted by earlier guests the filters were dirty, which perhaps is one source of the issue and certainly not conducive to a sanitary environment.
Upon our arrival, called the 800 number concerning these issues as well as spoke to the supervisor of the cleaners, both assured me that "Bella" would call me "shortly" to date I have not received any return calls or follow up.
By the end of the week 8 out of our party of 10 came down with upper respiratory issues. Upon our return home three took covid test (the results negative) at urgent care facilities.
Not saying that the faulty AC system was the cause, however it is surely suspect.
The location and the layout of the property is super, the maintenance and customer service awful.

We just had our family vacation. Normally we go to North Myrtle, but wanted somewhere to take the fur babies this year. This place is not steps from the beach but on the beach and only a 5 to 10 min ride to shops and restaurants. Which is a very big plus because when you work alot you basically in your car and when on vacation I don't go anywhere for a couple of days...DOORDASH.
The house was very clean, the beds clean and comfortable. It big enough that we weren't in each other's way, with 5 bedrooms, a living room, sunroom and porch off the kitchen facing the ocean, we could spread out. We normally bring games and books, but they already had loads of games and a bookshelf upstairs full of different titles and authors.
The kitchen was stocked with any type of cooking gadget, pots and pans that we needed. Even coffee in the cabinet for the coffee pot (Big THANKS for that by the way, I forgot to pack mine).
My only problem was the only TVs in the house was 2 upstairs bedrooms, the living room and sunroom. Need TVs in all bedrooms and living room for us that need to unwind before falling asleep.
But will definitely be booking this one again.

Absolute best view on the beach. This is an older home and could use a few updates, we knew this going in so didn’t bother us. Air filters need to be replaced and vents were a bit dusty. Plenty of space and all appliances worked great.

The best part of this property is it is right on the ocean. You cannot discount that.
Most everything else leaves something to be desired.
We ran out of TP the first night. Lucky my son caught it in time to get more at the store. When we called Vacasa they told me once it runs out it is on us. Cool, but there was less than a quarter roll in 2 or 3 bathrooms and no extra roll at all.
The AC is way under powered for the unit. It was in the low 90’s outside and the AC inside hit 81 upstairs most of the week. It was set to 70. We are from Phoenix so it didn’t bother us much, but my family from North Carolina were uncomfortable.
If this property was not right on the beach I would not rent it again, but it is right on the beach, so there is that.

Arrived on Sat check in to freshly laundered towels that were folded on the beds but were wet and left by housekeeping that way. We put them in the dryer but they would not dry. Put in a call to customer service early Sunday morning and each day after. Were told repeatedly the dryer would be looked at that day. After escalation to a manager, the dryer was repaired on Thursday evening. The end of day 5 of 7 day stay. Very very frustrating.
The property is very worn but clean. The high tide came in right under our house the first couple days. You can not get closer to the beach!!! As noted in the house description the only deck is off the kitchen and it has great views and comfortable seating.
Every bedroom has a window to view the ocean.

If you're looking for the Taj Mahal with everything bright, shiny and new, this isn't it. If your looking for the perfect spot on the ocean with lots of beach front and no crowds, you've found it. The home is dated, but it is clean and has everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We really enjoyed the high top table and chairs on the covered deck and I like the metal wall hangings in the beachfront bedroom. Take note to bring your own TP. We had just enough for 2 visits when we arrived. Also the washer and dryer are small and can't handle a large load without running through additional spin and drying cycles. They are quite noisy too.

The house was a large space and everything worked. It is an old home that needs updating. The upper deck was not usable in its current state. We loved the location: right on the beach at almost the end of the island. It was a very good place for just the two of us for a long weekend.
