This home was the perfect place for my sister and I to host an intimate life celebration gathering for our father. The home and the grounds are so beautiful, and the house had everything we needed to make the experience low stress. Chico is lucky to have this wonderful property available for intimate family gatherings.

A beautiful home with a magical backyard. This property has everything you need. A perfectly manicured lawn, playhouse's, pool, spa, redwood tree's and an outdoor cat named Ziggy that keeps you company the whole time. This house can not be beat. From the moment we placed our reservation Kristi made sure we felt at home. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.
