We visit the island around three times a year. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! The house is comfortable, with plenty of indoor seating. The view is spectacular!

My only concern has to do with the bay access. About 5 yards out from the shore, there are massive piles of concrete in the water. I know there is nothing the owner can do, but a warning for swimmers and water sports could prevent someone from getting hurt. The only time the concrete is visible is during very low tide. If you aren't aware and kids go out to boogey board or swim, they could get hurt. The pile probably has an area of about 30 feet.

mattresses were too firm and no quality mattress pad on them. Sheets could have been higher quality.
