The property is at a very good location. The receptionist was polite.
The housekeeping staff seemed a bit rude, hence we did not feel safe approaching them for help. We were travelling with an infant and the property does not have a lift. We had to carry our luggage and stroller without a lift which was a pain.

Location,ambience,
Staff needs to be trained in how to behave.
Staff issue was reported and was taken care after that. However wish this would not have happened.
