It is close to Sister's Creek and Book Key Harbor, which offers quick boating access to the Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico and the 7-mile bridge. Sombrero Light and its beautiful reef are right off shore, about 2 miles.  This home has modern amenities, clean lines, and three floors of living space! It is located in the heart of Marathon in the Sombrero Beach area.  The Ground floor is your foyer entry with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with its own bath. On this level, one bedroom has a king-size bed and an on-suite bath, and a second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an on-suite bath. This floor has immediate access to the pool and jacuzzi.    The second level has your living areas, dining area, and a half bath and a grilling deck and lounge area.  The laundry room is on this level as well and a nice big deck with outdoor furniture and a grill.   The third floor has three bedrooms, with a master bedroom that has an on-suite bath and an outdoor sunset deck. The second bedroom has its own on-suite bath with two twins. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own on-suite bath. **Important Notices** Min.
