This was our second time staying at Tom's place! We all had a great time. Unit is very well stocked. The queen bunk beds were amazing for the teens and the garage set up was great (it rained most of our trip.) Tom is very quick to respond to any issues. We had another great Memorial Day Weekend at the shore.

We had such a great stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Tom was incredibly easy to communicate with and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Thank you for providing such a clean, comfortable space! We’d absolutely stay again!

We had an awesome time as always and love this rental. Did not want to leave. Only suggestions I have would be to dust the ceiling fans, new shower curtain liners. and vents need to be cleaned in bathrooms.
Everything else was absolutely perfect 😁
