Situated in Holden Beach, this attractive house for $714 per night is a great option for your next trip. Views, Views, Views! This beautiful 6-bedroom home is located just across the street from the ocean with easy beach access just steps away (a 60-second walk or 500 paces). This stunning reverse floor plan captures the beauty of the marsh and partial ocean views by elevating the open concept kitchen/dining/living areas to the upper level. A two-sided wrap-around covered deck provides an excellent space to enjoy the views while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Sunset shows take place daily (weather permitting) from the 3rd-floor terrace as the sun gently disappears over the west-facing marsh. Words can't describe the amazing colors that fill the upper level through its many windows as the sunset show takes place each evening. Great location only 1/2 mile west of the pier makes walking/biking for ice cream or snacks a real treat. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking large family dinners. The dining table can seat up to 10 people plus an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island nearby. There is also a great outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying the ocean views on a beautiful day. There are many fantastic seating options along the 2 story-covered decks to take in the amazing views, especially the daily sunset show (weather permitting). Don't worry about overpacking as many beach amenities are provided including Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs (4), a beach umbrella, cooler, kids' beach toys, beach carts, and 2 beach cruiser bicycles. Featuring two master bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), this home is perfect for two families looking to book together to enjoy a wonderful vacation at the beach. In addition, there is a small bedroom with a queen bed as well as a bunk room complete with 2 custom built-in bunk beds, the perfect space for the kids to call their own. The 5th bedroom is located on the top level and is a sunroom that has been redesigned as an additional sleeping area, perfect for a single looking for their own space and very well may have the best views in the entire house. We also just completed a ground-level room into a 6th bedroom complete with a Queen Bed, 1/2 bath, mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. (Please note, this room's entrance is in the carport area and outside the entrance of the main home). Newly purchased in March of 2022, we completed a full remodel and custom interior design plan that will be sure to impress. The renovation includes all new furniture throughout the house including new beds, mattresses, and linens in every sleeping space. Our goal was to create a custom unique welcoming space for larger groups to enjoy, while carving out unique spaces and sitting areas for smaller conversations and alone time.

We had 10 military spouses stay at this lovely home for a retreat. Everything is just as you see on the listing. The beds are very comfortable. The AC was nice and cool and kept up with the heat! Tons of places to sit on the expansive deck. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas, wagons, etc. Bring your own beach towels.

Rental is beautiful, well stocked, tastefully decorated. Appreciated the availability of beach chairs...kayaks...umbrellas. Matt is a prompt and helpful host. Lovely little beach town.

Very short walk to the beach. House was perfect for our size group with ample space for hanging out. Really liked the extra amenities outside such as the ping pong table and cornhole boards. Hope we have a chance to stay here again in the future.

We found this gem for a last minute family trip and could not have been more pleased. The location is steps from the beach access and the reverse floor plan never disappoints - especially to capture those ocean views. We would absolutely stay again!

Matt has thought of everything at Smooth Sailing. Just bring your swimsuit and favorite beverage. You will enjoy the short walk to the beach, more amenities than you can count, convenient to shops, dining and ice-cream. I promise you will love your time spent at Smooth Sailing!

Matt has done a great job with this house! From the communication with him, the location, the cleanliness...it was better than expected! The house had everything we needed (and more with the beach chairs/cart/etc.). Everything seemed new and worked perfectly. We will definitely be looking to stay at this house again when we return to Holden Beach!

We had such a great time at Matt's house. I've never stayed at a rental that provided so many extra amenities - from sheets, towels, bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks. We had a great time and I would highly recommend it. He is also super responsive to any questions or concerns that come up. That house is also very well decorated and comfortable.
