The apartment was good and had everything we needed. It was also easy to reach Bologna's city center with the 14 bus line. The private parking is not dedicated but there was always a free space.
The kitchen equipment were not very clean, we had to wash everything before using. The balcony is not usable if you use the air conditioner, since the outside unit makes the enclosed balcony very hot.

The location was perfect for us. Quiet and secure car park. We were travelling for the Cosmoprof trade-show. Perfect location as the flat is 10 minutes away from the fair, 20 minutes from Bologna historic center. Bus is available by the flat (20 minutes to the center). Giorgio was very helpful and gave us few addresses where to eat and lots of practicable information. Will recommend 💯 %
