Close to World Famous Tiny Town, Chatfield State Park and Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Organic gardens, private mountain trails for biking, hiking, and cross-country skiing. Authentic, historic Colorado, so close to Denver.
Eight minutes from C-470 and 285. 45min to central Denver, 1hr to DIA. Located close to many open-space parks and trails, including Chatfield State Park. Adjacent to popular bicycle route. Quiet, tranquil and secure.
15 minutes to Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre. Easy day-trips to Rocky Mtn. National Park, Garden of the Gods, and ski resorts.
Barns and pastures available for large animals. Gravel private road is plowed by host. A Subaru or 4wd vehicle is recommended in snow season.

Stayed here while moving and house hunting. Location is perfect. Acreage, Alpacas, access to everywhere and the host JJ on hand to answer any questions and provide any needed help...

JJ is a fantastic host. Property is perfectly located, minutes to the city but far enough out to feel like the Mtns and beat the crowds.
Lots of room to wander the acreage see the wildlife and just chill in the woods.
Very close to parks, trails, and Mtn towns.
Apt has everything you need, full kitchen, bath living and bedroom. Internet works great for teleworking.
All in all a great experience in a great spot!!
