Spacious room with balcony, good view, comfortable beds, fresh food and excellent staff. Very large geyser so we got hot water during power cuts as well.
Few things can be improved. Some chairs can be provided in the room for sitting. Some lights in the desk area. Glass cubicles in the toilet so that water does not spill in other parts of the bathroom. There is a lot of power cut so may be have a generator. When we stayed, there was construction work going on in the upper floors and there was water seepage near the staircase.

Location, room, decor and food.
I booked for two nights and left after the first night. No refund from the hotel or booking.com.
There was no power at the hotel during the night. Inverter kept a couple of lights on, but the phone couldn't be charged. When I woke up in the morning I tried to use the electric kettle to have some warm water and coffee but it didn't work. Around 8 am I tried calling the reception but no one picked up, went to the reception at 8.30 am and it was closed, till 9 am no one responded. Reception opened at 9 am. General staff behavior was good, but I couldn't just accept the fact that there was no response from the staff even at 8 am when they knew the power goes there often and didn't inform me about it in advance. I paid 3k per night for the room and I certainly expect the staff to respond when needed. When I told the staff that I want to cancel to cancel for the second night, they asked me to contact booking.com, booking.com told me that the property is not responding to there call. So, I have still not got any refund.
Book at the risk of being abandoned at the property without power.
