Beautifully decorated ☺️......so calm so close to SDC.... my family enjoyed this stay very much!
Check out instructions.....there aren't any so we started laundry ourselves

I loved the layout, the decor, the fully furnished aspect of everything including utensils, dishes, board games and even laundry detergent. I love the location by the lake as well as being right in Silver a dollar City’s back yard!
My only 3 things that were even close to the negative were
-master toilet handle broken so we had to flush manually with lifting the chain
-we could not get the master bathtub plug to work correctly to hold water
-master bedroom tv (maybe operator error) never did get it to work but those items were not a huge deal breaker for us because we loved the place so much!!!!

Our stay was amazing! I wish we were able to book it for our entire vacation. There was plenty of room for all 6 of our kiddos. The trails and pool were nice and we loved the lake access swimming area! To top it off the view was immaculate!

quiet secluded area to relax. still close to Branson but far enough away to be away from the traffic and busyness. Big beds, nice kitchen
coffee pot wasn’t working well. we bought a new one for our stay. one of the drains in the sink was plugged

We absolutely loved everything about this property. We stayed the night for my daughter’s birthday it was close to silver dollar city but not so close to hear the noise! It was beautifully decorated inside. It had all the utilities necessary plates, cups, coffee (I forgot to bring any so that was a LIFE SAVER!)! All of it the master bed was like sleeping on a cloud we absolutely enjoyed our stay and if it’s available later this summer we plan to stay again! Also On the balcony it had beautiful views!! Thank you for letting us stay and we can’t wait to again!
Only thing I didn’t personally like was how high the cleaning fee was. But it’s also understandable because I’m sure some people don’t clean up after themselves at all. I had 5 teenagers and was able to clean our mess. People need to be more courteous so people that do clean up after themselves don’t need to pay such high fees.

The view was beautiful. We saw a few deer, my kids loved the balcony, we parked right in front of the door so packing everything in was easy and it was very quiet. It wasn’t far from the main part of Branson but far enough it was a peaceful retreat.
The shower/tub had hair in it when we got there, the floor was sticky, the carpet had stuff on it and the dishes were dirty, we had to wash them before we could use them.

The view, location, and condo were all excellent.the furnishings were all very comfortable. Check-in instructions were simple.
The toiletries were lacking a bit. I'm not a fan of the little travel size containers. Refillable permanent wall mounted containers aren't as wasteful. It's really hard to complain about something, as nice as this condo is.

The location was great 10 mins from all attractions and very quite. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The space was very clean and organized. They had board games to play and I loved that it was baby friendly.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I was hoping but, I have a disability that makes most places uncomfortable so not complaining.

the view and the area was absolutely stunning. the host was extremely responsive and helpful. The check in and check out process was extremely simple. They had everything you needed from a high chair to a washer and dryer. We loved our time here!

the location. we’ve stayed in this area of Branson many times and the location is key. the quietness as well
since we were childless and basically was being homebodies, we spent a lot of time on balcony and bedroom. the balcony, I didn’t feel the railing was secure enough to lean on. I felt uneasy. the bedroom tv barely worked and would freeze up, had to pull out dresser and unplug to unfreeze. wonderful otherwise!!

It was close to silver dollar city.
Very poor communication with the owner. When booking we got a message from Bailea, who I assume is the owner, stating that they would "reach out closer to your reservation with check-in instructions" 8 days later I received that same message again. But as the time approached I still hadn't gotten any check in information, so I sent a follow up message 3 days before our expected arrival asking for the information & I never got a reply. The morning we left I was honestly worried we weren't going to have a place to stay. After booking there was an option to select an estimated arrival time so that the unit could be ready. We selected between 3 & 4pm. Once we arrived, still without any check in information, we finally found a number to call the main office to figure out how we were supposed to gain access to the rental. We arrived at 3:40pm, exactly between the timeframes selected, & we were told over the phone that we were early & that's why the code didn't work. We were never given a code to begin with. The man on the phone was able to remotely unlock the door from wherever he was, & set up our code. Once we were able to enter, we noticed the entry door had no additional security locks. Knowing someone could unlock the code remotely & let themselves in at anytime during the stay was unnerving. The guest bedroom sheets looked & felt like they hadn't been changed, & the bottom bunk bed had exposed nails from where it looked like a piece of protective trim was missing. Trying to keep yourself (or your kids) from running a nail in your head as you got off the bottom bunk was a huge concern. We never found the hot tub that was advertised. We also did not receive any check out information. We had no clue what our responsibilities were before leaving. Without information or communication with the owner we were left just guessing.

The location and view were wonderful! Getting into the house and locking it up without keys were convenient. Everything was nice and well furnished.
Parking was a little tight but things worked out pretty well with even a big 12 passenger van. Was hoping to use the outside fire pit for s’mores but you have to bring your own propane. Not a big deal. Hard to say anything bad about this place.
