This exquisite retreat comes complete with a private covered dock with a party pad to park your boat after a fun day out on the lake. From the moment you walk through the front door, this retreat welcomes you to a wonderful family vacation. The living area comes complete with a TV for rainy days and a wood-burning fireplace for the chilly evenings. The kitchen features everything the chef in the family will need to prepare wonderful family meals. The cupboards are fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils giving you all the comfort of home while you are on vacation. From the upper deck, you can sit on the chairs and relax while watching the birds fly around and listen to their sweet song. The main floor has the main bedroom with its own private bath and beautiful views of Norris Lake. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with two twin beds. Head down the staircase to the lower level where you will find a second family room complete with its own TV. There is a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a bathroom on this level as well. You can step outside on the lower level deck and walk the stairs down to the private covered dock with a party pad. THINGS TO KNOW There is a queen sofa bed available in the living room This property is managed by Vacasa Tennessee, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

A large group of us stayed at the Camp Rampe Lakefront Cabin for a wedding we were attending. Needless to say, we all had a great time! The house was perfect inside and out. Loved it so much we all plan on coming back next year around this time. Thank you for a great time!

Nice house and dock for boat. Would prefer more queen beds over full size. Has 26 steps down to the dock. Nice property.

Loved the house. Very clean and well stocked. Dock is very nice. Location on the lake is super convenient to Cedar Grove Marina. The road noise is the only downfall of this place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The dock is not handicap accessible. The coffee pot does not use pods. We had an issue in the beginning but management listened to our concerns. Overall, this is a nice lakeside cabin to stay. The two decks were nice to relax on with beautiful lake views. The bottom deck had a nice ambiance with the covered table and party lights.

This home had a great view, but we were managing to stay with no AC at all in the house. It was 90° the whole time due to the weather from outside. On our last day (5 day trip) the AC was fixed, we stayed with fans to hold us over in the heat. We told the owners multiple times about the situation and nothing was done until the last day.

Good water access in a low traffic cove off on Lake Norris. Nice boat ramp and place for jet ski.

Loved the dock, it’s huge! Plenty of bedrooms and the kitchen layout is perfect for cooking for a hungry crew.

We had a great time at Camp Rampe! It was just the right size for our party of 4 adults and 6 kids. It was nice being able to keep our boat docked at the covered slip the entire stay. It is located in a quiet cove which was perfect for swimming. The house had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels. We had a very enjoyable stay on beautiful Norris Lake!

Camp Rampe was perfect! The house was clean, cutely decorated and was stocked with absolutely everything. The location is in a quiet cove and is close to Cedar Grove Marina - where we rented a boat and tube. Norris Lake is just spectacular and our stay was excellent as well. I would highly recommend staying at Camp Rampe!
