I loved that I was abla to just follow the instructions to get in , no hassle of waiting or having someone wait for you to check in. Me and my spouse got in and started relaxing and cooking when we got there. We had very clear expectations on what and how to care for the home.

Just one small detail , we didn't have all the kitchen utensils we needed.

Good pool, condo equipped rather well, Enjoyed our 2 porches and convenient to Dells entertainment

Condo was somewhat dated, but mainly needed some maintenance. Chaulk in upstairs bathroom shower was moldy. Workers were on our 2nd story porches (unannounced) early in morning and scared our grandchildren. They continued to finish their painting (off & on)on both balconies for 3 days, still without any warning.

Shower to small, and it stated that there was two queen beds when there was only one. Also, you should let people know that there is a key and the place with a shoe on it hanging up for the pool so that people know how to get in the pool.

Condo was clean, nice location & friendly environment.

No lake view as advertised. Advertisement never mentioned there would be construction going on. There were ladders, tools sitting on edge of our balcony, table saws near our doorway & saw dust everywhere for most of our stay.

We liked the location and the room sizes

I choose this place because it was very close to the activities in the dells, it felt like a home from home. My bf loved the jacuzzi, I liked that it had a kitchen and laundry cause we were out and about. Bed was comfortable. It was really good and it was also worth the money… I would definitely rent again.

My only problem was when I just arrived I had a problem to get in. I didn’t know that there was a side door to enter and I had to call and put in the code but I think I should have called ahead of time and find out more about that. Also the pots didn’t have any cover/lids.

I had the wrong room so entering the property was a challenge - but that was on me. The property manager called me promptly to help!

The heat was set at 64 for the duration of the stay so it was chilly inside. I could not figure out how to change it and when I asked the property manager I did not get a reply.

This place was outstanding! Being able to have our own place with a fully stocked kitchen for "at home" cooking was fabulous. The Jacuzzi tub was incredible as well, my 5.5ft significant other was able to fully sprawl out and enjoy a nice bath which is so nice! There are two balconies, one by the living room and one out the master, both of which were private and lovely to enjoy the view and weather. The private lake beach was just a short 2 minute walk down and was well kept. Plus the indoor and outdoor pool were nice to enjoy as well! Everything was clean and wonderful to use while being close to many good restaurants and attractions! Overall very lovely place to stay and would love to stay here again next time I want to stay in the Dells!

There honestly wasn't much I didn't like about this place! There only thing that was a downer was there were no clear instructions on how to use the fireplace in the living room (ie where the switch was and how to turn it on/off) and the listing not specifying whether or not the unit was directly on the lake or not. Mine was not but you can still have a bit of a view of the lake over the other set of buildings and in between them (at least for the units in the 300s) But other than that, no complaints!
