Nice, small apartment located just outside the city commercial area. Great, very accommodating host. Dedicated parking a plus. Plenty of beaches within a short drive and other attractions in the surrounding area.

Located on the 4th floor without accessible elevator. Dedicated parking a few minutes walking off site. Small water tank means short showers or spaced out between people.

You should rent here if you're wondering in the next thing: what it's like to live in run-down social housing? Here's how. The elevator doesnt not work, the stairs to the fourth floor are very steep, the narrow entrance is small, musty and moldy, the walls in the small, tight and dark apartment are also a bit ugly and moldy. 1 (one!) true window. Yes, the apartment was perfectly clean inside as the housemaid works at 100 points! But no any cleaning can remove the smell of the old building (Venetians know how to do it well). There are several features such as no kettle, no microwave, cooking gas ballon just two meters from the bed... But the tiny bathroom was quite clean and tidy. Own indoor parking is a huge plus in this location. You have to walk about 500 meters to the parking lot (near good supermarket) while driving from the parking lot to the house is about 2 kilometers (due to road signs).

I made my reservation (with full advance payment) more than a month before arrival and immediately warned the host that we would definitely be very late as we would be driving a long long way with children. This is the trouble and the duty of the owner: you can do everything possible for a comfortable late check-in or, if not, just to CANCEL the reservation by yourself!!! So. We really late. And instead of true Italian hospitality or maybe (sorry) any welcome pizza, we received an angry, rude and insensitive voice message from the host about "her rules" and got few problem with check-in. Excuse me madam. Maybe you should do some other business?
