House is located near the Mexico Beach/Bay County and Gulf County border line. Beach access is directly across the street as you walk from the house. No need to search for it.
Great location for fishing. (please don't clean fish inside the house)
We are approximately 40 minutes away from Panama City Beach - convenient to spending the day shopping.
Must be 25 years or older to book this property.
We have security cameras on the outside of the home. One overlooking the Driveway, and one overlooking the rear of the house.

We took our boat and were right between Mexico Beach and PSJ boat ramps. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Great location 5 minutes from the beach! Perfect for our long weekend getaway! The house house had everything we needed for our little group. We had a great time!!

We had a great time at this house! It was super clean and welcoming. The decor was nice, the bedrooms were a good size and they were comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and easy and Mexico Beach is lovely. Easy beach access just as described. We were there 4th of July week and the beach was not crowded at all. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the appliances looked brand new. This is a great location; in between Panama City, Port Saint Joe,Apalachicola and St.George Island. Plenty of places to eat, shop and beach.
