The house was perfect for us however it could be cleaner. There were black long hairs on the bud upstairs and lots of bugs and debris in the kitchen window and rat dropping in the living room. Other than that we had a great time.

The family needed a couple of days of pure relaxation and we found it at this property. The property is located right on Lake Palestine and is supreme for fishing and boating. The property has 2 nice rooms and a loft which our teen loved. The kitchen and dining held all of our eating activities with no issues. Everyone had plenty of room and we enjoyed our stay. The hostess instructions to enter the property was spot on. We will be coming back!!!

Communication was excellent. Access into the house was easy. Owner mentioned that the road to the house was bumpy, but we didn't expect it to be that rough. Beautiful home but needed a more through cleaning, but overall we still had a great time at this location.
