Set on conservation land, the house is surrounded by trees with no direct views of neighbors. Nauset Beach is 3 miles/under 10 minutes by car. You can also bike to the beach via back roads in about 15-20 minutes. Skaket Beach on the bayside is just over 4 miles/10-15 minutes by car. Freshwater swimming at Crystal Lake, Pilgrim Lake and Nickerson State Park are all within a 10-15 minute drive. Main Street and downtown Orleans are just a few minutes away for shopping, restaurants and bike trail access. The shops at East Orleans are even closer by for morning coffee, ice cream and sandwiches for the beach.
