Our large, open concept home will house your entire family, or friends. It is newly update and stocked with comfortable sheets, cozy pillows, and luxurious towels. The backyard is a fenced in sanctuary. Wi-Fi is provided. With easy access to a plethora of restaurants, tourists attractions like DownTown Pocatello, and hiking, you are sure to have a fun time! We are 1 minute from the hospital and just blocks away from Idaho State University. The space consists of 5 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We are in a quaint neighborhood on a hill, and just 1 minute from Portneuf Hospital. Idaho State is blocks away, and down town Pocatello is just a 5 minute drive. We are a 5 minute walk from some hiking trails. You have sole access to the entire home, not including the garage. We are located in a quiet neighborhood. We are near nature walks and hiking. Our backyard has a great view of the next hill over, and at the end of our street is a wonderful view of Chinese Peak. No pets allowed.

Property was very spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen and eating area were large and view was beautiful. House was clean and comfortable for our stay.

I would book this place again because it is terrific for dogs, the yard is in excellent condition and the bed sheets are wonderful. But the place could be cleaner. The kitchen floor desperately needs to be mopped. Whoever is vacuuming is just running around furniture instead of moving it. The bathroom sinks need Limeaway. Dirty rags were in the laundry when we arrived, plus the dryer had linens inside. Dead leaves are building up on the back patio and get blown into the house. Tissues in the bathrooms would be nice too.

The duplex was quite large and easily accommodated our party of 7 adults. It was super convenient to the hospital/assisted living complex which suited our needs perfectly. Several restaurants were nearby. The appliances were newer and of good quality, and the kitchen was large enough to be used by multiple people at once. The house was clean. The host was promptly responsive to my questions before, during and after the stay. That being said, there was a serious lack of attention to interior decoration especially in the secondary rooms. Most of the furnishings, aside from the dining sets, appeared to have come from bargain, bargain basement sales. Some furniture, such as the chair downstairs, was past its expiration date. The secondary bedrooms and basement living area were especially neglected, in some cases needing dressers, side tables, bedside lamps, mirrors, artwork/wall hangings and the like. The bed frame in the master could not be assembled correctly probably due to the box spring not fitting properly. The main living area furniture was mismatched, and there was a distinct need for more end tables and auxiliary lighting. The kitchen flatware was of the most inexpensive quality, only including four table knives along with a more reasonable number of forks and spoons. There were sufficient mismatched Corelle dishes, coffee mugs and glass or plastic glasses for all of us. The towels were dingy and some were ragged. The entire property should be inspected, room by room, and refurbished accordingly.

This property was perfect for our family. Great location, beautiful views. Lots of room for everyone. We did have something come up, communication with owner was prompt and we were very satisfied with everything. .

This was a great place for family! There was a cute park not far from this location but, with all the fun things in the house for the kids to do, it was hard to get them to leave, even to go to the park! April was great to work with, and we were grateful to find a place that was pet friendly! If we are ever in the area again we will look for this property to return to!

We went to Pocatello for a University of Montana football game vs. the Idaho State Bengals. Home was very roomy, and exactly what we were looking for. It was also very close to the University, about a 3-5 minute drive. While there, I was able to use AirPlay for my Ipad to watch the stream of the Boise State Game. Host was very communicative.
