Full sized laundry room, kitchen/dining and living room. The back deck has a gas grill and looks out over the back yard. The backyard is fenced! The second floor has 3 bedrooms- 1 king, 1 queen and a bunk room that sleeps 3, 2 full baths and Gulf views.
There are 4 bicycles. Clear bottom kayak now provided!
Gas grill. Community Pool and pickle ball courts are OPEN!

We had an amazing, quick trip to Cape San Blas. The house was absolutely perfect with so many extra useful items. The walk to the beach was easy and the we enjoyed the pool as well. Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend this place. We are already planning our next trip.

Great property in a great location. Only downsides were uncomfortable squeaky master bed and running out of gas on Memorial Day. A back up canister would be great.

Wonderful location and beach amenities a perk while also being dog friendly. Will definitely return as family enjoyed stay.

My family and our doodle stayed for 6 nights. The house was very clean, well stocked, and had everything you need for a day at the beach! Will definitely be back. I tend to have pretty high expectations and this house left nothing to be desired, honestly!
