Clean and comfortable. The beds were warm, there were adequate facilities (appliances, cleaning products, toiletries) and the heating was good.

Nothing, it was great. Although a few coffee pods for the coffee machine would have been a bonus.

Private & quiet location. Good carparking. Comfortable for what we required. Just enough essentials for us to cook a basic meal. Great location & walking distance to cafe’s & shops. Walking distance to the river & train station for those who are fit.

Tiny bathroom with not much bench space. Shower requires a screen (floor got soaking wet with each use). Fan in toilet not working. Heater was not working (however the staff were amazing & delivered a heater promptly to us). Would be really great to have a book with instructions & details of the property!! We had no idea how to use the washer/dryer & had to google which coffee pods to buy for the pod machine. (most places provide the pods). Couch is filthy & absolutely stank.

This was a beautiful and practical home away from home. The kitchen and the living area were welcoming and comfortable. The place had great modern appliances. I appreciated the little study nook in the living area and outdoor spaces - the balcony and a small courtyard. The beds had warm and comfortable bedding.

However, the description of the number of beds in bedroom 2 was somewhat misleading. It says Bedroom 2: 1 twin bed and 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed; when in fact, it's only 1 bunk bed consisting of a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. I would not have chosen this accommodation was it described more clearly. The bunk's metal frame was squeaky and shook slightly with each movement, continually breaking up the sleep.

Communication was clear and the facilities were exactly as described a cozy home away from home. The host provided thoughtful details such as light blankets for cooler nights - which was important for out-of-town visitors from the tropics.

Great location, cute place with plenty on the doorstop. Stayed as a family Mother in law plus our young baby. Our only issue was the stairs being adjacent to the lounge- could've been solved by us bringing a stairgate. It was a cold weekend weather wise and we found upstairs toasty warm but we were a little cold overnight as downstairs had no heating. Otherwise perfect place to stay and we definitely plan to return. (The toaster was the coolest thing which was an unexpected breakfast joy)
