An approximate 200m stroll down a shady footpath & sandy beach track will have you at the tranquil turquoise waters of Geographe Bay, enjoying exquisite summer days. Less than 1.5km from the town centre, it is ideally located to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of either Old Dunsborough or Quindalup swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants, and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape. Coco Belle’s fascade showcases cool white render and timber highlights that echo the effortlessly elegant and coastal chic interior decor where the floors are granite tile or timber, and the benchtops are pale engineered stone. The house is very spacious and easily accommodates 8 people.
