This listing is for the smaller house, which has recently been upgraded to include its own washer/dryer. Inside, find old-time charm, comfortable furnishings, and a kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The yard is fenced for your dogs, and there's parking right in front of the bungalow (trailers and boats are welcome too!). Crescent Beach is only 11 miles south of downtown St. Augustine and 45 miles north of Daytona Beach. It offers miles and miles of white sand beach for you to walk or ride your bike on, and the surf fishing is fantastic. Walk with a cup of coffee in the morning and see the sunrise, or head out with a flashlight at night to spot the ghost crabs scrambling on the sand. You'll also be close enough to walk to local restaurants and even a fun Irish pub. THINGS TO KNOW This home can be rented together with the other bungalow on the property, Crescent Beach Cottage. There is a kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
