Ocean view studio condo with king bed and sofa bed. Full kitchen to prepare meals. Indoor heated pool and outdoor pools with bbq area, game room and onsite laundry. Just a mile south of the pier, walking distance to a few great restaurants, less than 10 minutes to speedway and mall. Beach chairs and more are provided for your enoyment.

Great hostess, everything was accurate as described in listing, replied to any questions in more than reasonable time. Most of the time with in 5 mins. Ample parking, clean room, awesome view of the beach, and close to the beach, pools, and elevator. Would rent from again, also has more properties just in case this doesn't fit your needs.

The room was cute and clean. It gets hot in the bathroom if the door is closed when taking a shower. The issues I encountered with knowing the room number caused me anxiety, but the issue was resolved. I will reserve this location in the future.

Impression Place was smaller than pictures show, no kettle, bottom sheet did not stay on bed ,location was great , view was great , host was very communicative with me which also was great
