Very modern accommodations. It was nice to get a comparison of what is out there on the island.

No umbrellas by the pool side. No proper pillows for the bed in our unit and when we did find one (not two!) there were no pillowcases. Tap was broken in the kitchen and when reported it still wasn’t looked after upon departure. Having a toilet paper holder in the bathroom would be a nice touch.

We were able to fully enjoy our visit to the island during our stay at Fourteen.

Great location near Mullet Bay. The property has good security and looks beautiful. Our unit was lovely. Pool and bar on site.

2 towels were provided in our unit, but no trade-in was available. We tried to launder them in the as advertised in-unit washer/dryer, but it leaked and we spent a lot of time mopping it up. The tiles around the pool are highly slippery, wet or not. I witnessed 3 people slip and fall, one of whom was my wife, who sustained an injury to her hand. No staff came to her assistance-another guest was the only one who came immediately her aid. The week before we departed, the property attempted to charge our credit card an additional $208.38 (in addition to the $500 damage deposit). When I asked if this was part of that deposit, I was told no. When I persisted in insisting that I had paid in full via booking.com and needed a full explanation for the charges, they backed off.

Overall a good stay, would only stay again if I had a balcony because I like to sit outside at night

Not enough towels, no tissue at check in had to ask, had requested a balcony when initially booked and did not receive a room with a balcony

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed in Sint Maarten.

The place was immaculate. The views were amazing! Keys were easy to access and there was plenty parking. The only negative was that the pillows were not too comfy. Overall, probably the best place I’ve stayed in Sint Maarten in the 12 years I’ve been visiting.

Perfect get away with an amazing view!

The location was much more than we expected. We liked the area, pool and gym. The room was beautiful and the staff was so respectful and friendly. Over all we loved the accommodation. The room was also absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable.

We wished that we could have stayed longer, however there was no availability.

This is a condominium. Not a hotel.

the property is still under construction the pool which was advertised is not yet built you need a car to go out there was no music booster or stereo the shower had no shelf, was built on a pedestal and leaks onto the floor and into the hall the bed was too soft the balcony furniture was cheap and uncomfortable

Great Place

The setup and view were phenomenal. The room was well equipped. Couldn't have slept any better. The television did not block my view.

Did not receive any face cloths but I managed.

Great stay

Everything was perfect. Kenza was a great host and she did the check in with me. She was very attentive to the details and she helped us to reserve some restaurants. The view is gorgeous. The location is perfect right in front my favorite beach on the island. I will definitely go back with my family in a bigger unit.

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect. From the check-in with the friendly staff to the checkout. The room was spacious, clean, and has a beautiful ocean view. The place is very convenient as it's very close to Mullet beach, and restaurants. Highly recommend this place
