Cicha,spokojna okolica, blisko do sklepu, piękny widok z balkonu na otoczenie. Klimatyczny i nastrojowy apartament, wpisujący się w charakter obszaru. Przestronna łazienka i osobne WC.
Łazienka mogłaby by znajdować się w pokoju, ale jest w bliskiej odległości od pokoju,więc nie jest tak źle. Na minus było oświetlenie w łazience,które było na czujnik, a będąc pod prysznicem gasiło się co chwilę samo, trzeba było poruszyć ręką,żeby znów się włączyło. Powinna być normalna lampa, bardzo denerwujące i niekomfortowe.
