Located in Gainesville, this lovely house for $162 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This mid-century modern home has been expertly styled and furnished in order to give guests a miraculous experience! Sprawl out on the giant modular sofa, whip up a gourmet meal in our chef's dream kitchen, or simply pick one of the gorgeous bedrooms and climb on in for the sleep of your life! With room for the whole family and near all the hustle and bustle of Gainesville, guests will love the high-end touches and comfort that this home has to offer. Treat yourself to luxury this trip! This large home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This property has a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as an open living space with a huge 65" smart TV. A gorgeous, fully-fenced backyard has lounge chairs, outdoor dining, a fire pit & BBQ for your entire group (including your doggies) to enjoy the warm Florida weather. Guests have access to all spaces (2,100 SF & 2-car garage). We have space for four cars in the driveway and garage. There are 2 Ring security cameras on the outside of our home. One is located by the front door, and one is located by the garage door, and they face out towards the front yard and driveway. ○ The guest that made the reservation must be staying at the house. ○ A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed at the home at one time. ○ All pets (dogs only) must be registered in advance (max. 2). There is a fee of $50 per pet. ○ We only have space for 4 cars. Please park in the garage or on the driveway. ○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver's license prior to check-in.

We chose the Sunshine House, first, for its location close to UF because we were on a college visit for our daughter. The style of the house REALLY appealed to our daughter AND being able to park the car in the garage sold the Sunshine house to my husband :D. I loved the house because it is dog friendly with a fenced in back yard and a quiet neighborhood. The interior design of the Sunshine House is very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook dinner, do laundry, bathrooms were perfect, beds are super comfortable, and easy access to the outside for the dogs. From check-in to check-out - our stay was perfect. We are very happy we chose the Sunshine house for our 4 day visit. When we visit UF again, this would be our first choice of places to stay (hopefully it will be available :D). We had a couple of questions for Stephen who responded quickly. Thank you Stephen for sharing Sunshine House with us! :D

This was my first home rental experience, and I was pretty stressed about making everyone happy. If I had only read all the comments beforehand, I might have realized this house was going to be perfect. This super clean house was very spacious for our party of 5 and 2 dogs. Everyone loved the cool, updated features and decor. And like someone mentioned below, this house had more than everything we needed. I think there were 3 kinds of coffee pots, including expresso and Keurig. My furbabies appreciated exploring the yard and resting in the dog bed. Thank you so much for making this a great and relaxing trip!!!

The Sunshine House is fabulous! The house was spotless and well thought out with tons of space for our group. Beds are comfortable and the lighting in the bathrooms is great! (You rarely find King beds or good lighting!!) also a great location close enough to to campus but just off the main streets. Highly recommend!!

A lovely neighborhood with birds chirping and a couple of blocks across the street a massive park. Design of outside and inside the house are top notch. Ownership has thought of every detail as the house was so fresh and so clean

This house is beautiful with a great location! We enjoyed the openness of the house. It was the perfect size with plenty of room. It was also very clean and neatly labeled. The property manager, Stephen, was very responsive and nice to work with. We would love to stay again!

Lovely, spacious, well-equipped home--what you see in the photos is what's there! Our family of 4 and our dog had a wonderful time visiting our extended family in Gville. The layout is perfect--lots of comfortable seating and everyone can be together in the open kitchen/dining/living area. The home was prepped with everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, etc. Plus the owners provided coffee, tea, and a variety of cream options. So thoughtful and appreciated! Last but not least, our dog loved the very private, fenced back yard. There was lots for her to check out--ferns, pretty camellia bushes, some trees, and grass too. There was even a water/food bowl for her, and a large, comfy dog bed. If you're wondering if you'll enjoy staying here--you will! Many thanks to the owners for providing such a lovely experience!

Nicely updated house. Stayed with the family and 2 small dogs. Neighborhood was beautiful, well kept and the house was really close to UF. Hosts were very responsive and instructions were perfect. Loved the little signs of where everything was in the kitchen and on the light switches. Made my life a lot easier! Definatley will stay again.
