Excellent location, clean building and apartment

The living/dining room furniture were low quality

Les points positifs: ustensiles de cuisine à disposition (mais sales), climatisation dans toutes les pièces et la machine à laver! La piscine et la sécurité sont particulièrement agréables.

Les points négatifs: l'hygiène et l'état de l'appartement. Un bon coup de ménage et de rénovation sont plus que nécessaires. Cela gâche tout ! Ce pourquoi je ne recommande pas cet appartement. Les photos du site ne ressemblent en rien à l'appartement que nous avons eu. Présences de fourmis sol extrêmement sale, une douche bouchée que mon mari a débouchée, joints noirs, vaisselle sale, plan de travail jaunâtre... bref il faut vraiment investir dans un service d'entretien Quel dommage!

Spacious, nice bathroom, kitchen area and air conditioning.

Lack of towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and communication with host was non existent when needing more of the above. Didn’t love being put into a different apartment to what we had booked, it was still nice but I was under the impression we were booking a contemporary/modern space and the place we got was very old style French.

The location was hard to find

En arrivant à presque minuit, une personne a sonné sans prévenir pour nous demander de payer. Nous venions de l'aéroport donc pas encore de change mais nous avons dû aller retirer au lieu de lui payer le jour suivant (nous restions 4 jours) L'appartement n'est pas propre. Il manque des équipements, par exemple même pas une chaise sur le balcon. À la fin, l'hôte demande expressément de mettre un 10/10 à l'aide d'un message copié coller impersonnel.

The rooftop pool was lovely. The face ID access to the building was good.

My main issue was the location as the map location is not where the apartment is situated. I spent ages researching the area and had specifically chosen this apartment for its location and ease to walk into the main parts of the City. The apartment was actually situated 2km away from where it is shown on the map and is not the advertised 850 meters from the City center. On arrival I queried this with the owner and he blamed booking.com. He did offer us to cancel or he would give a small discount but that doesn't help when you have planned to walk the 850metres into the City and are now nearly 3km away and have nowhere else booked to stay. It also meant all of my bookings, taxis, day trips etc were booked to go to the wrong location and cost me time and money to get these altered. My picture shows the actual location which is The Goldview, yellow arrow is where its advertised as being located. We also booked a night prior to arriving as we were arriving in the morning. The security and reception wouldn't let us in the building. After a few calls with the owner we finally got let in but not after ages sat on the street with our luggage. The receptionist ignored us and our questions the whole time we stayed there. The apartment needed a clean and had dirty cloths in the kitchen and needed cutlery, glasses and crockery. It could be so much nicer with a deep clean and some utensils and simple things like extra towels, clean cloths and cleaning products.
