Good location, terrible condition of the flat and definitely not good value for your money

The location was basically the only thing good about the accommodation. The pool was okay but by the time we took our room, the sun is covered by the other buildings so no sunset swimming/chilling.

Everything... The bed was broken and the frame where the mattress should lay on was fixed AND with duct tape (!!!) – this made the bed completely useless. We needed to take the mattress from the frame, and put it on the ground instead and that is where we slept for our 4 days stay. The kitchen sink was leaking every day and even though they came to fix it on our last day, it was still leaking after. The terrace was full of bird faeces, one of the outside chairs was broken and uncomfortable. One of the balcony doors couldn't be locked and the glass door behind the terrace door was missing one of the handles.

Traumatizing

The balcony, the shower and the apartment was nice.

It was impossible to get the key, it caused a lot of distress and I needed to wait over an hour until I figured how to get into the property. And that was after I called booking.com customer service, that was great by the way. Then one evening some guy opened the door and came into my apartment, he apologized but it was outrageous to have experienced that. I left the apartment day early because I did not feel very safe.

the location was quite good 13mins walk to MRT, 10mins walk to BTS. things are all provided

it was nearby the club so it’s gonna be a little noisy when night time, but u won’t gonna hear anything in the hotel. the floor wasn’t too high enough to see the view

Perfect location for a city break.

Perfect location for nightlife, plenty of bars and restaurants. Also close to the Bts and Mtr stations. Plenty of shops and street vendors. Very lively and busy. Also easily available taxis etc.

Only dissatisfaction was with the room view. My room was facing the city side not much of a view from the 6th floor.

Good apt very bad service...

The location is good. The apt is nice and clean.

No service at all. Reception cannot speak English and could hardly explain how the door lock system is working. No cleaning included, even change of towels after 3 days can only be done with extra charge.

Overall a very nice, clean and quiet place to stay.

We stayed here two weeks before moving back to Europe after 5 years in Bangkok and moving out of our condo due to shipment of our furniture. Location for us was chosen due to our kids in school on soi 15. Otherwise, this soi is very busy and known for bars, clubs and very loud at night which we did not look for. This place turned out to be facing a quiet area and 1 minute walk to 7 Eleven (2 of them) and Villa Market with western groceries. We heard nothing from the party side of soi 11. Very greatful for that! Able to connect to Netflix and overall smart TV. Wash machine in apartment (balcony) was convenient. Comfortable bed and nice tenants around. Guarded 24/7. Airconditioner worked very well.

We rented two apartments where one was missing some kitchen utensils and cooking ware and coffee mugs. We also ended up not having TV channels in the same apartment.

It was a good a good location for a few days stay in the area. Friendly reception staff.

The apartment was a good size and nice and clean and tidy.

I would recommend booking prior to arrival as it took some time to get access because apartments are individually owned and they need to contact the owner to organise the lift swipe card and access code for the door.

Superb

Amazing value for money! Fantastic location, very comfortable flat with couches convenience of full-size fridge and other amenities for my long-term stay. Just 5 minutes’ walk from Bumrungrad Hospital where I had surgery. Brilliant amenities, great host. Everything spot-on!

It’s my first time to travel abroad by myself, however, the staff is kind and reply your questions as soon as possible!

The room is comfortable, facilities are good!

The place is a little far from MRT station, but you can take motorcycles from station to the place, so it’s still convenient
