This 2nd floor, 1600 sq ft open concept unit boasts a large kitchen with higher end finishes, a spacious living room, dining room & a reading nook flooded with natural light, great if you need to work or want to enjoy a good book on your trip! Private garage & a yard for relaxing with friends. Enjoy the quiet historic Brewer's Hill neighborhood from the patio off the living room. Walk, bike, ride the Hop or take a short drive to get to any of the many attractions our great city has to offer. This open, airy 2 bedroom condo is open-concept to allow for all guests to enjoy the space together. This is the middle unit of a 3 unit property. All 3 units are short term rentals so if you have a larger group, please check with me, we may be able to host your entire group. Full, private access unit, patio & garage. The yard, driveway & hallways are shared space with 2 other units. Please note, host may not be available between the hours of 11:00pm & 6:00am. Historic Brewer's Hill is a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with beautiful older homes from the turn of the century. It used to be home to many of the beer brewers whose breweries were on the river, hence the name Brewer's Hill. The neighborhood is residential, but is walkable to restaurants, the Riverfront, and the downtown area. It’s a great place if you’re coming to enjoy Summerfest or any of the downtown festivals or take in a Buck’s game or Brewer’s. This unit has a private 1 car garage with room for 1 additional car in front of the garage for a total of 2 parking spaces. Street parking is also readily available & is free for 3 nights with permission from the city. Milwaukee has Bublr bike stations all through out the city. The Hop, Milwaukee's street car, has a station 8 blocks away. Uber & Lyft are available. This is a new listing. Please feel free to check out my other listings with amazing reviews & do not hesitate to ask any questions! ***Please note, this unit is located in a building with multiple units. All units are short or mid-term rentals. While the building is newer construction, the sound barrier between units is not perfect & you may hear some overhead noise from other guests. Our house rules do require that shoes are removed prior to entry & no loud music or late night partying to mitigate any disturbances. ****No Milwaukee Residents allowed *Any Rental over 30 days requires a signed residential lease. *Be respectful of the neighbors (NO loud music or late-night partying). *No shoes are smoking in the house *No tampering with devices, internet or exterior cameras *Events or non-Airbnb guests in the home must be cleared with the host prior to booking & there may be an additional charge. *Due to the extra wear & tear & cleaning, there is a per night charge for additional guests. *Pets are allowed but are not to be left unattended. * Also, there may be additional space available for rent for bigger groups. If you have additional guests, please check with the host before booking. *Please turn off lights, fans, fireplace etc. when not in use and before you leave. *Please inform the host if the property has been damaged in any way or special cleanup is needed. *You are welcome to use the charcoal grill outside. We do not provide charcoal or gas, but if other guests have left some behind, you are welcome to use it. Please make sure someone is monitoring the grill at all times when in use. ***If you use the grill, you are responsible for cleaning it

This property is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood was very cute (especially if you like the hipster vibe) The rooms were very cozy and comfy. Wish I could have stayed longer, will be rebooking in the future. Also, the check-in and out was smooth.

This property is as beautiful as it looks in the photos on VRBO. We found the property to be clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent and responsive. We asked to check in early and our request was accommodated. I would highly recommend this property!

We will definitely be back to stay here again. The place was very clean, spacious, and close to everything. Food places walkable, an easy 5 min drive to downtown, and we had no problem finding Ubers to and from. There is also a garage and plenty of parking on the street for those who have cars. The neighborhood was safe and quiet which was great as we were up early for the triathlon races over the long weekend. All kitchen ware is provided and we were able to cook some meals at home (2 grocery stores within 5 min drive as well). Special thank you to the amazing host as well. We had some issues with the AC and we got an immediate response and had someone out to fix it within an hour. If you need a place to stay close to downtown I 100% recommend it.
