Perfect stay for our family of 4! The house was beautiful and clean. It had all the conveniences we needed, plus nice extras - like large bath towels! We would be happy to stay again.

Location was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. Quick 5-10 min ride to Hy-Line ferry parking for day trips to both Martha vineyard and Nantucket. Ann and Fran’s breakfast spot up the street was fantastic as well as the cape cod creamery (Hyannis location). The outdoor shower was super convenient for our group of 5.

My stay was great. The house is conveniently located right off of Rt 28 and just steps from a Dunkin's and a nice breakfast place. We didn't cook in the house but we easily could. It has a beautiful well stocked kitchen. Very cute and recently remodeled.

The house was a great location for enjoying the Cape and having fun road trips. From PTown to MV and places in between. We ended our nights with the camp fire, stories and sharing fun pics.

This property was absolutely great as a home-base for our first time visit to the Cape Cod area. Very clean, well kept and comfortable! This home had everything we needed - as well as stores and top restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend this for future visits.

I thought the property was great. It was recently renovated and clearly there was a lot of thought put into the details on the home. Simple things like great outdoor lighting and even just a well placed laundry hamper made life easy. I came with my 3 and 6 year old. Given the property is all one floor with limited steps outdoors, it was a place where the kids could move around freely. Further, the street gets very little traffic so even though its close to the main road, you don't feel like you're actually in a busy area. All linens, sheets etc were new. Compared to most properties around New England, this place didn't feel musty, old, and worn. I saw quite the dehumidifier system in the basement too . Finally, the owner Sam was very responsive and also brought over firewood so we could use the fire pit. Super great and awesome vacation. Highly recommend.
