It’s was absolutely fabulous. We have 2 dogs and have stayed in Sunderland slot of times. This time we went to the apartment and it was like being at home

Very big property, great location close to seafront and town, both walking distance. Parking was not a problem any time of the day

very clean and tidy. very comfortable beds

there was a smell in the lounge. I think it was the settee. it helped to open the back door for a few minutes. couldn’t park the car in the space at the back of the property. roller shutter didn’t work.

good size property for family of 4 and doggy. generally good facilities and easy walk to the beach.

the neighbours mean unfortunately this property isn’t suitable for families. from 8pm ish until 2am the neighbours were raucous and swearing and loud music meant we couldn’t sleep most of the night. we needed to cut the stay short by a night.

the property is excellent, clean and comfortable, had all amenities when I contacted them about the noise issue they were helpful enough and gave me some money back, explained that they had complaints before and offered me a different location it’s a shame that the neighbours have ruined this for them as I can see other people have commented on the noise

unfortunately we only stayed 1 night of the 3 planned, the upstairs neighbours made an obscene amount of noise, we got no sleep what so ever, they started with karaoke at 4am, they did not seem approachable this was a Tuesday night, not even weekend

The apartament was great. Great location, clean, comfy beds, and parking.
